The Management Board of CI Games S.A. announces that on July 18, 2014 it signed an annex to a distribution agreement with Namco Bandai Games Europe S.A.S., based in France, concerning sales of Lords of the Fallen, Sony PlayStation®4, XboxOne®, and PC versions, in France. The original distribution agreement executed between Namco Bandai Games Europe S.A.S. on February 3, 2014, covering the distribution of Lords of the Fallen in certain countries in Southern Europe and Africa (including Italy, Spain, Greece, Turkey, Portugal and the United Arab Emirates) was not considered as significant given the revenue estimates made at the time it was executed. However, with the signing of this annex and inclusion of France in the Lords of the Fallen distribution, the said agreement has been considered as significant due to the fact that the Issuer’s revenue generated from it may reach at least 10% of its equity, which amounts to PLN 77.9 million. The provisions of the agreement do not differ from the terms and conditions normally applied in this type of agreement. At the same time, the Issuer’s Management Board announces that, in connection with the above, an annex has been executed to a distribution agreement with Square Enix France SARL, based in France, whereby the parties have agreed that Square Enix France SARL will remain a distributor in France but only with regard to Enemy Front.
