The Management Board of CITY INTERACTIVE S.A. in Warsaw
informs that on 6 February 2009 a notification was received by the Company from PKO Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A., managing the PKO/CREDIT SUISSE funds, on the disclosure of assets held and on the change of the overall number of votes in the Company. As a result of transactions made on 2 February 2009, the investment funds managed by PKO Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A. increased its assets by 50,000 shares of CITY IINTERACTIVE S.A., thus exceeding the 5% threshold of the overall number of votes at the Company’s General Meeting. The number of shares held by PKO/CREDIT SUISSE funds prior to the change of shareholder structure was equal to 617,030 shares, which corresponded to 4.92% of the overall number of issued shares and entitled to 617,030 (4.92%) votes at the General Meeting. The number of currently held shares of the Company is 667,030, which corresponds to 5.32% of the overall number of issued shares, and entitles to 667,030 (5.32%) votes at the General Meeting.
