“Appointment of new-term Management Board Members”
The Management Board of CI Games S.A. with its registered seat in Warsaw (“Company”) hereby informs that on Wednesday, March 1, 2017, the Supervisory Board of the Company, acting pursuant to § 13 (1) of the Articles of Association, appointed new-term Members of the Management Board of the Company, the new Members being:
Mr Marek Tymiński – appointed as the President of the Management Board,
Mr Adam Pieniacki – appointed as a Member of the Management Board,
Mrs Monika Rumianek – appointed as a Member of the Management Board.
In accordance with § 13 (2) of the Articles of Association, the term of the Member of the Management Board lasts five years, and the Management Board is appointed for a joint tenure. The new tenure of the Management Board of the Company shall start on June 29, 2017.
The resumes of the Members of the Management Board of the new tenure can be found on the Company’s website in the “Investor relations” tab.
None of the new-term Members of the Management Board is involved in the competitive activity against the Company, is an associate in competitive private partnerships or commercial partnerships or is a member of any company’s body or a member of any competitive legal entities’ body. There is no entry for the new-term Members of the Management Board in the Register of Insolvent Debtors kept pursuant to Act on National Court Register.
Detailed legal basis: § 28 as read with § 5 (1) (22) of the ordinance of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information to be submitted by issuers of securities and on conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-Member State (Journal of Laws no. 33, item 259, as amended).
