“Appointment of Members of the Supervisory Board of CI Games S.A. for the new tenure”
The Management Board of CI Games S.A. with its registered seat in Warsaw (“Company”) hereby informs, that on May 23, 2018 the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company (“OGM”), due to the expiry of the current term of office of Supervisory Board of the Company on the date the OGM was held, adopted a resolution under which the following persons: Ryszard Bartkowiak, Norbert Biedrzycki, Grzegorz Leszczyński, Tomasz Litwiniuk and Mariusz Sawoniewski were appointed members for another joint five year tenure.
All resolutions of OGM on the appointment of Supervisory Board Members for the new tenure become binding on the day of their adoption. These dates are also expiry dates of the tenures of the members of the Supervisory Board whose term ends.

Detailed legal basis: § 10 as read with § 5 item 5 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance of Thursday, March 29, 2018 on current and periodic information to be submitted by issuers of securities and on conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-Member State (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 757).
