The Management Board of CI Games S.A. With its registered office in Warsaw (“Company”) in relation to current report of the Company no. 12/2019, hereby informs that on the Company’s website: www.cigames.com, in “Investor Relations” tab and on the website of the Issuing Agent – Trigon Dom Maklerski S.A.: www.trigon.pl, on Monday, June 3, 2019 an Amending Information no. 1 to the Information Memorandum was published, prepared in relation to the public offer for not more than 12,000,000 (twelve million) ordinary bearer series H shares of nominal value of PLN 0.01 (one grosz) each share, issued with the exclusion of the right to acquire of the current shareholders of the Company and subject to limited priority right of the current shareholders of the Company.
Legal basis: art. 17(1) as read with 7(1) of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) no. 596/2014 of April 16, 2014, concerning market abuse regulation (MAR).
