Conclusion of a significant agreement The Management Board of CITY INTERACTIVE S.A.
hereby informs that on 12 August 2010 CITY INTERACTIVE USA Inc. with its seat in USA, a subsidiary of CITY INTERACTIVE, received a countersigned license agreement concluded with Sony Computer Entertainments America LLC for the production and issuance of games for PlayStation®3 computer entertainment system in North America.
The Issuer’s Management Board deems this agreement strategic.
PlayStation®3 is one of the most popular video games platform in the world. The provisions of the agreement do not depart from the generally applied terms for such agreements.
As of the date of communication of the present current report the value of the agreement has been impossible to assess.
However, the Management Board of CITY INTERACTIVE S.A. estimates that the revenue generated from sales of video games on this basis can exceed 10% of the Company’s equity. “Play Station” is a registered trademark of Sony Computer Entertainment Inc.
