Appointment of a certified auditor The Management Board of CITY INTERACTIVE S.A.
hereby informs that based on Art. 25(2)(g) of the Articles of Association, the Supervisory Board of the Company passed a resolution on August 12, 2009 in the matter of appointing a certified auditor, who shall be contracted to review and inspect financial statements of CITY INTERACTIVE S.A. The selected certified auditor is MISTERS AUDYTOR Sp. z o.o. with its seat in Warsaw, holding a relevant certification issued by the National Council of Statutory Auditors (reg No. 63).
The subject of agreements concluded with MISTERS AUDYTOR Sp. z o.o. shall be:
1. Review of the standalone financial statement of City Interactive S.A. for the period 01.01.2009-30.06.2009;
2. Review of the consolidated financial statement of the Capital Group of City Interactive S.A. for the period 01.01.2009-30.06.2009;
3. Inspection of the standalone financial statement of City Interactive S.A. for the period 01.01.2009-31.12.2009;
4. Inspection of the consolidated financial statement of the Capital Group of City Interactive S.A. for the period 01.01.2009-31.12.2009;
