Meeting the significant agreement requirement – agreement with Microsoft® relating to publishing Xbox 360® games.
The Management Board of City Interactive S.A. hereby informs that the video game Sniper:
Ghost Warrior for Xbox 360®, Microsoft’s® video games and entertainment platform, successfully completed the certification process by Microsoft® on 9 June 2010.
The above indicates that both the Xbox 360® and PC versions will go into production and will be published on the planned date of their premiere, 25 June 2010, on most markets of Western Europe, Australia and New Zealand and on 29 June 2010 in United States and Canada.
Based on the orders by retail networks from main markets as well as distribution companies, the Company’s Management Board estimates that the game will generate over 11 million PLN revenue already in Q2 2010. Xbox, Xbox 360 and Xbox LIVE are registered trademarks of the Microsoft® group companies.
