Subject: Sales results of Sniper Ghost Warrior and Lords of the Fallen series
The Management Board of CI Games S.A. with a registered office in Warsaw (“the Company”) announces publicly sales results of Sniper Ghost Warrior Contracts (“SGWC”) game, whose global release took place on November 22nd, 2019 as PC, PlayStation4 and Xbox One versions.
Sales of SGWC in January 2021 exceeded 1 million copies. In turn, as of the date of this current report, sales of Sniper Ghost Warrior 3 have exceeded three million copies. The entire Sniper Ghost Warrior series combined has sold in excess of 11 million copies.
The Management Board would also like to inform that as of the date of this current report, sales of the first part of Lords of the Fallen exceeded three million copies. An internal team at the Company Hexeworks is currently working on the second part of that game, whose release is scheduled for the year 2022.
The above information was treated as confidential due to its significance for the Company’s financial situation.
