Subject: Information concerning the sales results for the SGWC game and continuation of the series
Until January 12th, 2020 until the premiere of November 22nd, 2019, the game Sniper Ghost Warrior Contracts was purchased by more than 250 thousand players. The data includes both sales of physical carriers and digital sales. The sales for the first 7 weeks after the premiere was satisfactory in comparison with the SGW3, for which the sales volumes decreased substantially in each subsequent week after the premiere of the game. The Management Board of the Company is convinced that the latest SGW Contracts will generate revenues that are significant for the Company at least in years 2020 and 2021. The response to the latest part of the SGW Contracts Game, including the sales level, have shown that the Management Board is of opinion that the new strategy of the Company is adequate, providing a substantial opportunity for further development of the capital group based on this strategy. The Company has resumed work on the game under the working title of Tactical Shooter 2, which is to be a continuation of the Sniper Ghost Warrior series. The premiere of this game will be possible before the end of year 2020.
