Sale of City Interactive shares by a Member of the Supervisory Board The Management Board of City Interactive S.A.
hereby informs that yesterday afternoon the Company was notified by a Member of the Supervisory Board of City Interactive S.A. that he sold Company shares in two block transactions:
1) dated 31.08.2010 ? 200,000 shares at a price of PLN 17.00 per share
2) dated 01.09.2010 ? 165,328 shares at a price of PLN 17.00 per share.
The person obliged to communicate the information did not authorise City Interactive S.A. to disclose personal data.
