Signing of annexes to credit agreement The Management Board of CITY INTERACTIVE S.A.
hereby informs that today it received annexes, co-signed by the other party, to the liability limit agreement and the revolving credit with Raiffeisen Bank Polska SA, information about said agreements having been communicated in the current report No. 27 dated September 29, 2008 and in the current report No. 32 dated November 2008 with amendments published in the current report No. 10.2009 dated March 5, 2009.
On the strength of the annexes the following terms are amended:
1. The upper limit of the liabilities is reduced from PLN 5,800,000 to PLN 3,800,000.
2. The final repayment deadline of the liabilities limit and the revolving credit is moved from December 31, 2009 to February 28, 2011.
3. The limit of the revolving credit intended to finance liabilities related to VAT surcharge is reduced from PLN 800,000 to PLN 500,000.
4. The financing of liabilities of City Interactive USA related to purchase of products from NINTENDO USA is abandoned.
5. The financing of the Issuer’s liabilities related to purchase of products from the NINTENDO Group is maintained and the total limit of financing of the Issuer’s liabilities related to purchase of products of other vendors is set to PLN 2,500,000.
