The content of the report:
The Management Board of CI Games S.A. with its registered seat in Warsaw (”Company”) hereby informs that today, that is on March 23, 2016, Mr. Łukasz Misiurski resigned from the function of the member of the management board of the Company as of March 23, 2016. In accordance with art. 369 § 5 code of commercial companies, mandate of Mr. Łukasz Misiurski expires on March 23, 2016. According to the content of the statement on the resignation of Mr. Łukasz Misiurski the reason of his resignation is of personal nature. Mr. Łukasz Misiurski will continue to perform the function of Publishing Director of the Company. Legal basis: Art. 27 regarding Art. 5 (1) (21) of the regulation of Minster of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information to be submitted by issuers of securities and on conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-Member State
