Subject: Change of publication date of the semi-annual report for the first half of 2024
The Management Board of Cl Games SE with its registered office in Warsaw (the “Company“) with reference to current report no. 3/2024 of January 10, 2024, informs about the decision to change the date of publication by the Company of the consolidated semi-annual report for the
first half of 2024 to September 27, 2024.
The remaining information indicated in current report no. 3/2024, taking into account the changes made by current report no. 11/2024 of March 26, 2024, remains unchanged.
Detailed basis: § 80 sec. 2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and the conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the law of a non-member state.
