Termination of a significant agreement In relation of the current report No. 11/2009 dated 13.03.2009, the Management Board of CITY INTERACTIVE S.A.
hereby informs that on 05.10.2009 the Issuer terminated with immediate effect the agreements with CDV Deutschland GmbH with its seat in Frankfurt am Main, Germany (CDV).
The subject of the agreement was making CDV the sole distributor of products of CITY INTERACTIVE S.A. in Germany in the Media Markt and Saturn retail networks.
The reason for the termination of the agreement was non-performance by CDV of its terms.
