Decision on opening an office in France Management Board of CITY INTERACTIVE S.A. hereby publicly informs that a decision has been taken to open an office of the Issuer in France. It will be responsible for sales and marketing of Company’s products in that country.
Mr Emmanuel Denis (45 years old) will be responsible for executing the strategy of CITY INTERACTIVE S.A. on the French market and for managing the office. Emmanuel Denis has broad experience in the video games industry. Throughout his career he worked on key managerial positions in companies such as: Mindscape France, JoWood and Ubisoft Entertainment.
Opening an office in France is part of the pursued strategy to expand the distribution network of the Company’s products worldwide.
