Subject: Execution of Annexes to Loan Agreements with PKO Bank Polski S.A.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Management Board of CI Games SE with its registered office in Warsaw (the “Company”), with reference to Current Report No. 12\/2025 dated 21 March 2025 and Current Report No.
\n33\/2026 dated 30 September 2026, hereby announces that on 30 October 2026, the Company entered into the following annexes with PKO Bank Polski S.A. (“PKO”):<\/p>\n

1. an annex to the Non-Revolving Working Capital Loan Agreement dated 21 March 2025, pursuant to which the loan repayment date was extended to 6 November 2026. The original repayment date was 30 September 2026 and had previously been extended to 30 October 2026, as announced by the Company in Current Report No. 33\/2026.<\/p>\n

2. an annex to the Non-Revolving Working Capital Loan Agreement dated 21 March 2025, under which the loan was originally due for repayment on 31 October 2026, pursuant to
\nwhich the loan repayment date was extended to 6 November 2026 (hereinafter jointly referred to as the “Annexes”).<\/p>\n

The remaining terms of the Annexes do not materially alter the loan agreements entered into with PKO.<\/p>\n
