(the \u201cLoan\u201d, \u201cAnnex to the Loan Agreement\u201d), pursuant to which the repayment date of the Loan has been extended to 30 October 2026. The original repayment date<br \/>\nof the Loan was 30 September 2026.<\/p>\n<p>The remaining terms and conditions of the Loan Agreement have not been materially amended.<\/p>\n<p>At the same time, the Management Board of the Company informs that the Company is at an advanced stage of negotiating new debt financing, which will result in an increase in the total<br \/>\ncredit limit and the establishment of a new debt maturity date. Several banks are involved in this process, including those currently financing the Company. The Management Board plans to<br \/>\nconclude a new agreement regarding this financing by 31 October 2026. The planned financing will fully cover the Company&#8217;s current need for additional cash and will be sufficient to enable the<br \/>\nCompany to self-publish &#8220;Lords of the Fallen II&#8221; on all platforms, including the game&#8217;s marketing campaign, and to continue developing further projects.<\/p>\n<p>Disclaimer: This English language translation may contain certain discrepancies.
