The<br \/>\namendment to the statutes was registered on 12 August 2026 by the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw in Warsaw, XIII Commercial Division of the National Court Register Court.<\/p>\n<p>The consolidated text of the Company&#8217;s statutes constitutes an appendix to this report.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Disclaimer:<\/strong> This English language translation may contain certain discrepancies.
