Marek Tymi\u0144ski, who held 56,102,130 votes from 56,102,130 shares at the AGM. This represented 53.44% of the votes at the AGM and 25.64% of the total votes in the Company;<\/p>\n<p>2. ACTIVE OWNERSHIP FUND SICAV-FIS SCS, with its registered office in Luxembourg, held 36,618,931 votes at this AGM on 36,618,931 shares. This represented 34.89 % of the votes at this<br \/>\nAGM and 16.73% of the total votes in the Company;<\/p>\n<p>3. Miros\u0142aw Czarnik, directly and indirectly through its subsidiary ABM Fundacja Rodzinna, held 10,940,244 votes at this AGM on 10,940,244 shares.
