The total number of votes<br \/>\nrepresented at this meeting was 104 983 641, representing 47,98 % of the total number of votes at the Company\u2019s General Meeting.<\/p>\n<p>Detailed legal basis: \u00a7 20(1)(6) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 6 June 2025 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and conditions for recognising<br \/>\nas equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Disclaimer:<\/strong> This English language translation may contain certain discrepancies.
