Ms. Katarzyna Sermanowicz-Giza and Mr. Cameron<br \/>\nSanders were appointed to the Management Board of the Company in connection with the process of increasing the Company\u2019s share capital. Following the completion of this process,<br \/>\nthey submitted their resignations from serving as members of the Management Board. At the same time, they will continue their work for the Company and will remain responsible for<br \/>\nmanaging their respective departments.<\/p>\n<p>Detailed legal basis: \u00a7 5 pkt 5 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 6th June 2025 on current and periodical information provided by issuers of securities and the terms and conditions<br \/>\nfor information required by the provisions of law of a non-member state being recognized as equivalent.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Disclaimer:<\/strong> This English language translation may contain certain discrepancies.
