Furthermore, they are not listed in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained pursuant to the Act on the National Court Register.<\/p>\n<p>Detailed legal basis: \u00a7 5.6 and \u00a7 11 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 5 June 2025 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and conditions for recognising as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Disclaimer:<\/strong> This English language translation may contain certain discrepancies.
