Marek Tymi\u0144ski, who held 56,102,130 votes from 56,102,130 shares at the EGM. This represented 53.00% of the votes at the EGM and 29.40% of the total votes in the Company;<\/p>\n<p>2. ACTIVE OWNERSHIP FUND SICAV-FIS SCS, with its registered office in Luxembourg, held 36,618,931 votes at this EGM on 36,618,931 shares. This represented 34.6% of the votes at this EGM and 19.19% of the total votes in the Company;<\/p>\n<p>3. Miros\u0142aw Czarnik, directly and indirectly through its subsidiary ABM Fundacja Rodzinna w organizacji, held 11,280,000 votes at this EGM on 11,280,000 shares.
