The total number of votes represented at this meeting was 105 807 358 , representing 55,45 % of the total number of votes at the Company\u2019s General Meeting.<\/p>\n<p>Detailed legal basis: \u00a7 20(1)(6) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 6 June 2025 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and conditions for recognising as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Disclaimer:<\/strong> This English language translation may contain certain discrepancies.
