The application was submitted in connection with the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company convened for 13th February 2026 (\u201cEGM\u201d) and agenda providing for the adoption of a resolution on the election of Member of the Supervisory Board. The application was accompanied by the candidate\u2019s biographical information (BIO) and a statement, both of which are attached to this report to allow other shareholders to review the materials in advance of the EGM.<\/p>\n<p>Disclaimer: This English language translation may contain certain discrepancies.
