The resignation statement did not include the reasons for it.<\/p>\r\n<p>\r\n\r\n<\/p>\r\n<p>Detailed legal basis: \u00a7 5 (5) in connection with \u00a7 10 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated 6 th June 2025 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state.<\/p>\r\n<p>Disclaimer: This English translation may contain certain discrepancies.
