{"id":65730,"date":"2026-01-19T11:23:09","date_gmt":"2026-01-19T10:23:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cigames.com\/?p=65730"},"modified":"2026-01-20T11:23:52","modified_gmt":"2026-01-20T10:23:52","slug":"ci-games-se-2-2026-publication-dates-of-periodic-reports-in-2026","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cigames.com\/en\/ci-games-se-2-2026-publication-dates-of-periodic-reports-in-2026\/","title":{"rendered":"CI GAMES SE (2\/2026) Publication dates of periodic reports in 2026"},"content":{"rendered":"\r\n<p><strong>Current report number: 2\/2026<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p><strong>Date: 19 January 2026<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p><strong>Legal basis: Current and periodic reports<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p><strong>Subject: Publication dates of periodic reports in 2026<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p><br \/>The Management Board of CI Games SE with its registered office in Warsaw (\u201dCompany\u201d), acting under \u00a7 84 section 1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 6 June 2025 on current and<br \/>periodic information provided by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state (Journal of Laws of 2025, item<br \/>755, &#8220;Regulation&#8221;), hereby informs about the dates of Company\u2019s periodic reports publication in 2026:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>Periodic report for the year 2025:<br \/>\u2013 Individual and consolidated annual report for 2025 \u2013 23 April 2026;<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Periodic reports for the year 2026:<br \/>\u2013 Consolidated quarterly report for Q1 2026 \u2013 28 May 2026;<br \/>\u2013 Consolidated mid-year report for the 1st half of 2026 \u2013 24 September 2026;<br \/>\u2013 Consolidated quarterly report for Q3 2026 \u2013 26 November 2026.<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Moreover, the Management Board of the Company informs that in accordance with \u00a7 82 item 2 of the Regulation, the Company shall not publish quarterly reports for the 4th quarter of 2025 and<br \/>2nd quarter of 2026. In the consolidated reports: quarterly and mid-year reports published by the Company will present the quarterly and mid-year abbreviated individual financial statements<br \/>respectively. In accordance with the \u00a7 63 items 1 and 3 of the Regulation, the Company will not publish individual quarterly reports and separate individual mid-year report.<\/p>\r\n<p><br \/>Disclaimer: This English language translation may contain certain discrepancies.
