The Loan was granted to finance current business operations of the Company. The Loan repayment date is January 31, 2027.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>The Loan is secured by a blank promissory note issued by the Company, together with a promissory note declaration, and by a Loan repayment guarantee issued to the Santander by the KorporacjaUbezpiecze\u0144 Kredyt\u00f3w Eksportowych, a joint-stock company with its registered office in Warsaw (the \u201cGuarantee\u201d), in the amount of 80% of the Loan, i.e., EUR 2,080,000.00. The Guarantee is further secured by blank promissory notes issued by the Company, accompanied by promissory note declarations, and a declaration of submission to enforcement by the Company pursuant to Article 777(1)(5) of the Code of Civil Procedure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>The remaining provisions of the Agreement do not deviate from market conditions for this type of<br>agreement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br><strong>Disclaimer:<\/strong> This English language translation may contain certain discrepancies.
