The Loan was granted to finance current business operations of the Company. The Loan repayment date is January 31, 2027.<br>The Loan is secured by a blank promissory note issued by the Company together with a promissory note declaration and a guarantee of repayment of the Loan from Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego in the amount of 60.00% of the Loan amount together with a blank promissory note issued by the Company and a promissory note declaration.<br>The provisions of the Agreement do not deviate from market conditions for this type of agreement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br><strong>Disclaimer:<\/strong> This English language translation may contain certain discrepancies.
