Mr. Marek Tymi\u0144ski, who held 56 102 130 votes at the AGM based on 56 102 130 shares held. This constituted 60,5 % of the number of votes at that AGM and 29,40 % of the total number of<br \/>\nvotes in the Company;<\/p>\n<p>2. ACTIVE OWNERSHIP FUND SICAV-FIS SCS with a registered office in Luxembourg, who held 36 618 931 votes at the AGM based on 36 618 931 shares held.
