The resignation statement did not<br \/>\ninclude the reasons for it.<\/p>\n<p>Detailed legal basis: \u00a7 9 in connection with \u00a7 5(4) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated March 29, 2018 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and<br \/>\nconditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 757).<\/p>\n<p>Disclaimer: This English translation may contain certain discrepancies.
