(\u201c<strong>NDS<\/strong>\u201d) with the code \u201cPLCTINT00117\u201d (\u201c<strong>Shares<\/strong>\u201d), are admitted to trading on the parallel market.<\/p>\n<p>In accordance with the Resolution, pursuant to \u00a7 36, \u00a7 37 and \u00a7 38 (1) and (3) of the WSE Rules, in conjunction with \u00a7 3a (1), (2) and (3) of the WSE Rules, the Management Board of the WSE resolved to list the Company&#8217;s Shares on the parallel market as of 18 March 2025, subject to the assimilation of those shares by the NDS on 18 March 2025 with the Company&#8217;s outstanding shares bearing the code \u201cPLCTINT00018.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>Disclaimer:<\/strong> This English language translation may contain certain discrepancies.
