The Warrants entitle the holder to acquire Series J ordinary bearer shares issued by the Company after the payment.<\/p>\n<p>Warrants, was assigned the ISIN code PLCTINT00109.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Disclaimer:<\/strong> This English language translation may contain certain discrepancies.
