Mr. Marek Tymi\u0144ski, who held 52 663 570 votes at the AGM based on 52 663 570 shares held. This constituted 57,64% of the number of votes at that AGM and 28,79 % of the total number of votes in the Company;<br \/>\n2. ACTIVE OWNERSHIP FUND SICAV-FIS SCS with a registered office in Luxembourg, who held 36 618 931 votes at the AGM based on 36 618 931 shares held.
