Subject: Resolutions taken up by the Annual General Meeting of CI Games SE on 6 June 2024 and<\/strong>
\ninformation on raised objection<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Management Board of CI Games SE with its registered office in Warsaw (the “Company”), provides, as an attachment to this current report, the contents of the resolutions adopted by the Annual General Meeting of the Company on 6 June 2024, together with the results of voting on individual resolutions and the documents subject to voting, as well as information on the raised objection. The total number of votes represented at this meeting was 91 369 382, representing 49,94% of the total number of votes at the Company’s General Meeting.<\/p>\n

In addition, the Company announces that the shareholder’s attorney objected to Resolution No. 20\/2\/2024 of the Company’s Annual General Meeting on approval of the Company’s conclusion of a loan agreement with the Company’s President of the Management Board, which was recorded.<\/p>\n

Detailed legal basis: \u00a7 19(1)(6) and (9) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and conditions for recognising as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state (Journal of Laws 2018, item 757).<\/em><\/p>\n
