The Management Board of Cl Games SE with its registered office in Warsaw (the \u201cCompany<\/strong>\u201c) acting\u00a0pursuant to regulations of article 399 \u00a7 1 and art. 402\u00b9 art. 402\u00b2\u00a0of the Code of Commercial\u00a0Companies, hereby convenes an Annual General Meeting of the company (\u201cAGM<\/strong>\u201d), to be held on 6 June 2024<\/strong> at 11:00 AM<\/strong> in Warsaw (00-420) at Szara 10.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Full text of the announcement on the convocation of AGM by the Company\u2019s Management Board\u00a0along with the proposed agenda, information concerning the date of registration at the AGM, draft\u00a0resolutions that will be submitted before the AGM, proxy form and the ballot\u00a0form for the AGM, information about the shareholder structure are enclosed as attachments thereto.<\/p>\n
