The Agreement expired due to the failure of a condition, i.e., the parties of the Agreement did not conclude a pricing agreement including a final subscription price satisfactory to AOF by April 26, 2024.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Disclaimer:<\/strong> This English language translation may contain certain discrepancies.
