The Loan was granted for the period from 10 April 2024 to 9 April 2025 in PLN or EUR according to the Company&#8217;s Loan payment instruction.<\/p>\n<p>The Loan is secured by:<\/p>\n<p>(i)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 blank promissory note of the Company together with a promissory note declaration,<\/p>\n<p>(ii)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 guarantee for repayment of the Loan granted by Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego under the de minimis portfolio guarantee line.<\/p>\n<p>The provisions of the Agreement do not deviate from market conditions for this type of agreement.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Disclaimer:<\/strong> This English language translation may contain certain discrepancies.
