In accordance with the resolution of the Management Board and the agreement, the provision regarding the deadline for submitting a request for early redemption was changed, in such a way that the term can be shortened by agreement between the Company and the bondholder.<\/p>\n<p>Other terms and conditions of the Bond issue have not changed.<\/p>\n<p>Disclaimer: This English language translation may contain certain discrepancies.
