Mr. Marek Tymi\u0144ski, who held 53 083 570 votes at the EGM based on 53 083 570 shares held. This<br \/>\nconstituted 57,81% of the number of votes at that EGM and 29,02% of the total number of votes<br \/>\nin the Company;<\/p>\n<p>2. ACTIVE OWNERSHIP FUND SICAV-FIS SCS with a registered office in Luxembourg, who held<br \/>\n36 618 931 votes at the EGM based on 36 618 931 shares held.
