There were no objections to the resolutions during the meeting. The total number of votes represented at this meeting was 91 822 757, representing 50,19% of the total number of votes at the Company&#8217;s General Meeting.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Detailed legal basis:<\/strong> \u00a7 19(1)(6) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and conditions for recognising as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state (Journal of Laws 2018, item 757).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Disclaimer:<\/strong> This English language translation may contain certain discrepancies.
