The Management Board of Cl Games SE with its registered office in Warsaw (the \u201cCompany\u201c) acting pursuant to regulations of article 399 \u00a7 1 and art. 402\u00b9 art. 402\u00b2 of the Code of Commercial Companies, hereby convenes an Extraordinary General Meeting of the company (\u201cEGM\u201d), to be held on 21 March 2024 at 10:00 AM in Warsaw at ul. Rondo Daszy\u0144skiego 2, Crowne Plaza Warsaw \u2013 The HUB building.<\/p>\n

Full text of the announcement on the convocation of EGM by the Company\u2019s Management Board along with the proposed agenda, proposed amendments to the statutes, information concerning the date of registration at the EGM, draft resolutions that will be submitted before the EGM, proxy form and the ballot form for the EGM, information about the shareholder structure are enclosed as attachments thereto.<\/p>\n
