The Management Board of Cl Games SE with its registered office in Warsaw _the &#8220;Company&#8221;_ informs that the Company repaid in full the multi-purpose credit granted to the Company by Powszechna Kasa Oszcz\u0119dno\u015bci Bank Polski Sp\u00f3\u0142ka Akcyjna with its registered office in Warsaw. The subject of the loan agreement was granting the Company a multi-purpose credit limit up to the amount of PLN 29,000,000.00 PLN _twenty nine million zlotys_ for the period from 29 April 2022 to 31 January 2024 r. The\u00a0 company&#8217;s Management Board announced the conclusion of the aforementioned loan agreement and the annex thereto in current report No. 9\/2022, dated 29 April 2022, and current report No. 38\/2023, dated 31 October 2023. The Company&#8217;s Management Board considered it reasonable to qualify this information as confidential within the meaning of the provisions of Article 17 _1_ of the MAR Regulation.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Disclaimer:<\/strong> This English language translation may contain certain discrepancies.
