Periodic report for the year 2023:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Individual and consolidated annual report for 2023 &#8211; 30 April 2024.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Periodic reports for the year 2024:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Consolidated quarterly report for Q1 2024 &#8211; 29 May 2024.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Consolidated mid-year report for the 1st half of 2024 &#8211; 30 September 2024<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Consolidated quarterly report for Q3 2024 &#8211; 29 November 2024<\/p>\n<p>Moreover, the Management Board of the Company informs that in accordance with \u00a7 79 item 2 of the Regulation, the Company shall not publish quarterly reports for the 4th quarter of 2023 and 2nd quarter of 2024. In the consolidated reports: quarterly and mid-year reports published by the Company will present the quarterly and mid-year abbreviated individual financial statements respectively. In accordance with the \u00a7 62 items 1 and 3 of the Regulation, the Company will not publish individual quarterly reports and separate individual mid-year report.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Disclaimer:<\/strong> This English language translation may contain certain discrepancies.
