The Management Board of Cl Games SE with its registered office in Warsaw _the &#8220;Company&#8221;_ informs that on 30 November 2023 the Company received from a Shareholder, via e-mail, a request for information regarding the Company, submitted outside the general meeting pursuant to Article 428 \u00a7 6 of the Commercial Companies Code. The Company hereby provides the responses given on 1 December 2023 to the question asked by the Shareholder.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Legal basis:<\/strong> \u00a7 19 _1_ _12_ of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Disclaimer:<\/strong> This English language translation may contain certain discrepancies.
