Subject:<\/b>\u00a0Conclusion of annexes to loan agreements with PKO BP S.A.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Management Board of Cl Games SE with its registered office in Warsaw (the \u201c<\/span>Company<\/b>\u201c) in reference to the information provided by the Company in current report No. 9\/2022 dated 29 April 2022 and current report No. 13\/2023 dated 28 March 2023, hereby informs that on 31 October 2023 it signed two annexes to the loan agreements concluded with the bank Powszechna Kasa Oszcz\u0119dno\u015bci Bank Polski Sp\u00f3\u0142ka Akcyjna, based in Warsaw (“<\/span>PKO BP<\/b>“), the subject of which is the extension of loan periods.<\/span><\/p>\n

The aforementioned annexes concern:<\/span><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. a) extension of the term of the loan until 31 January 2024 (an annex to the multi-purpose credit limit agreement concluded on 29 April 2022 between the Company and\u00a0 PKO BP for the amount of PLN 29 million);<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. b)\u00a0 extension of the term of the loan until 31 December 2023 (an annex to the non-revolving operating loan agreement concluded on 27 March 2023 between the Company and PKO BP for the amount of PLN 20 million).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    In terms of the other material provisions of the aforementioned loan agreements, the agreements remained unchanged.<\/span><\/p>\n

    The Management Board of the Company considered it reasonable to qualify this information as confidential within the meaning of Article 17 (1) of the MAR Regulation.<\/span><\/p>\n
