Contents of the report:<\/b><\/p>\n
The Management Board of CI Games, SE with its registered seat in Warsaw (the \u201c<\/span>Company<\/b>\u201d) informs, with reference to the current report ESPI No. 28\/2023 of July 14, 2023, that on July 20, 2023 it adopted a resolution on the allocation of 60 (say: sixty) series F bonds, registered, unsecured, book-entry, convertible into ordinary bearer series L shares, with a nominal value equal to the issue price of EUR 100,000 (one hundred thousand euro) each bond and with a total nominal value amounting to EUR 6,000,000 (six million euro), bearing interest at a fixed annual interest rate of 8% (the \u201c<\/span>Bonds<\/b>\u201d).<\/span><\/p>\n On 20 July 2023, the investor made a payment for the Bonds.
