The Management Board of CI Games SE with a registered office in Warsaw (“the <\/span>Company<\/b>“) hereby informs that on 29 June, the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company has appointed Mr. Mike Foley to the function of Supervisory Board Member.<\/span><\/p>\n Enclosed to this current report the Company is presenting the information about the Supervisory Board Member appointed – his education, qualifications and previous positions along with a description of the course of his professional career. Mr. Mike Foley is not involved in an activity which competes with the Company and is not a stakeholder in a company that competes with the Company.
