Subject: <\/b>Nomination of a candidate for a member of the Supervisory Board of CI Games SE<\/span><\/p>\n


\n<\/span>The Management Board of CI Games S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw the “Company” informs that on 9 June 2023, in connection with the Annual General Meeting of the Company convened for 29 June 2023 as per current report No. 20\/2023 on 2 June 2023, the agenda of which provides for the adoption of a resolution on the appointment of the new Supervisory Board Member as per current report No. 22\/2023 on 9 June 2023, the Company has received notification from an authorized shareholder submitting candidate for Supervisory Board Member.<\/span><\/p>\n

Mr. Marek Tymi\u0144ski, representing at least 5% of the Company’s share capital, proposed the candidacy of Mr. Mike Foley for a new Member of the Supervisory Board of the Company. In the opinion of <\/span>the shareholder, the extensive experience, competences and professional successes possessed by the candidate is the justification for his election and appointment to the Company’s Supervisory Board.<\/span><\/p>\n

The CV of Mr. Mike Foley is attached to this current report.<\/span><\/p>\n

The said candidate agreed to stand as candidate for the Company’s Supervisory Board. According to the statement made by the candidate, he is not a person who conducts activities that would be <\/span>competitive to the activities of the Company.<\/span><\/p>\n
